Birthday Tag

Hello,  here is a tag I made for Turtle Soup's July Birthday Bash Crop.  They have monthly challenge's, if you would like to check them out go here  and this is my tag:

Celebrate

I saw this tag on pinterest and thought it was so cute.

 

 

I glued together some popsicle sticks, as shown.

 

 

I then inked with Ranger Distress Ink (victorian velvet)

 

 

I used some liquid pearls (buttercup) to trace my hearts.

 

 

Glued on some flowers, ribbon and chipboard balloons.
